Crafted a user-friendly dashboard accessible to all Foodstuffs departments.
Customizing analytics to suit the diverse needs of our expansive squads and departments through various reports.
Users now have a seamless view of the dashboard, tracking their progress with various analytics views and accessing Jira ticket notes effortlessly.
Real-time data updates eliminate the need for manual intervention.
Background Story
Our main stakeholder, Abigail (the Product Owner), organized workshops for each squad within the Foodies IT department as part of project management using a maturity level matrix which is called Delivery practice refresh.
A humungous data related to squad tickets were initially stored in Excel and a Miro board.
These workshops were all about checking how much progress each squad made in different maturity levels and practices.
The data from these workshops were manually put into both the Miro board and an Excel sheet to keep track.
About
Foodstuffs DPR dashboard is an internal platform, designed for foodies IT departments. As a only UX designer on this project, my task was to translate the humungous data into user-friendly format on the web to different levels of departmental hierarchy.
A delivery practice refresh is a matrix showing how a company's project management process with practices and maturity level. It focuses on identifying and implementing improvements across the spectrum of activities within our software delivery capability.
